The rooms were large and equipped with essential comforts. I enjoyed the view from the panoramic terrace where I could relax. The shower was powerful. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the center. I appreciated the clean room service every day.
The bathroom could use more hooks for hanging towels. Breakfast had limited options and needed better variety. The Wi-Fi had issues in my room, but it was manageable in common areas.

We originally selected this hotel so that we could be close to the train station and ride to the entrance of the the pompeii ruins and we come to find out that it was only a five minute walk from the hotel. The staff was so kind, attentive, and they spoke English. It is behind a church, which in itself is a sight to see, and the street walking towards the entrance of the ruins had outside venders, small stores and food. Parking is a difficult, but the staff even moved the owners car just to get ours in their parking spaces at 11pm at night. As far as safety, I am a worry wort and I felt so comfortable to go take my girls for gelato down the main street and do a little shopping and let my husband nap. I highly highly recommend.
They do not have free wi fi in the rooms, but even then, you can use the computer in the lobby for free to use the internet.

It was a very pleasant surprise after a long train journey from Rome. Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and eager to give correct tourist information. The family room we stayed was far beyond our expectations for the money that we spent. Clean room well equipped mini bar, clean bathroom and lots of good things. Tasty cakes and well brewed coffee for breakfast. No hesitation in recommending. Money well spent on a short stay when visiting Pompeii ruins.

Hotel was immaculately clean and modern with outstandingly accommodating staff and excellent location in the center. Location: the property was not far from Herculaneum and Vesuvius as well as the rail station. And there was Xfun Cafe with short-orders around 4-6 minutes' walk from the venue, super convenient.

The hotel staff is the best group of people I have ever encountered. The hotel is small but the do their best to help with any request. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the roof top terrace is very nice.
The Jacuzzi was closed on the roof it would have been great to see Mt. Vesuvias from the hot tub at night. Slightly dissapointed.

Rooftop terrace views, Ideal location for ruins, Easy parking access
Noise insulation desperately needs improvement!!! Unusable sauna and hot tub on the roof should be addressed!!! Shoddy maintenance in bathrooms and broken amenities won't cut it!!! Cold breakfast items leave much to be desired!!!

Overall a very special stay for two nights. The hotel with updated rooms, in a local area, really close to the ruins. A lot of croissants, cereals, pastries and cheese at breakfast.

The hotel was in an excellent location to visit Pompeii. It is directly opposite the train station which is very convenient. The reception rooms were nice and it was good to be able to use the internet on their computer. The room was a good size and had flat screen TV.
The breakfast was pretty terrible. Just seemed to be loads of cakes and not a lot else. Nasty cheapo cornflakes and no strawberry jam. No hot food, had to ask for eggs and they were hard boiled. They did make cappuccinos though if you asked. The room was OK, but no bath, which was needed after walking around the ruins for hours. A bit of noise from the reception.

Comfortable Stay with Great Cleanliness
The hotel's prime location made exploring the nearby ruins effortless. Staff were cute, especially Mr Catello, who provided helpful recommendations. Breakfast was good with a variety of treats, including the delicious crostata. Ensure to ask for room cleaning early.

Very close to the ruins in Pompei and Mount Vesuvius. Close to the town square and restaurants.
Would have preferred a shower stall to the bathtub in the room.
